Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Lokay. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.

• Non-returnable items: Intimates, bodysuits, or final sale items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability).

• Refunds: Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
